Overview
The office representative is responsible for greeting and checking patients in, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records and filing, checking patients out, collecting payments, and other related duties as assigned.
Other Information
HS Diploma and/or GED Equivalent
Previous clinic experience preferred.
Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills.
Minimal typing skills ****** wpm)
Department: Arkansas Pulmonary Clinic
Shift: Day
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5pm
