Their duties include communicating with suppliers about the status of supplies, problem‐solving to reduce the impact of late shipments and submitting purchase orders to vendors.ResponsibilitiesContact vendors, place orders, verify supplies, manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates and inform final usersAs required, check work quality against company requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with regulationsEnsure that materials shipped and received are verified against pertinent documentationResponsible for the timely processing of expedited deliveriesFollow up on late orders and confirm pending deliveries on open ordersShipments Analysis and Control per supplierNegotiate with supplier's orders cancellationIdentifying and implementing cost savings initiativesSupplier delivery performance issues to suppliers and internal customersQuote with suppliers, as requestedRMA Process follow up, as requestedReview and coordinate data with A/P and Materials Receiving associates for missing paymentsComply with and ensure compliance with PKC Group's Environment,
