The Purchasing Support Operations Specialist will be responsible to support the Direct, Indirect and/or the Aftermarket Purchasing Organization(s) and their varied commodities.The Purchasing Support Operations Specialist will interact with various stakeholders at Stellantis (Engineering, Program Team, Supplier Quality, Supplier Risk Management, Purchasing Finance, Accounting, Cost Engineers) in order to coordinate the various actions required to manage Contract Revisions and Maintenance within the SAP environment.Functional responsibilities include but are not limited to:Receiving, reviewing, and reacting to requests for assistance with:Contract and Purchase Order Parameter UpdatesCancel/Issue Purchase Orders and ContractsPurchase Requisition Adjustments3rd Party Packaging UpdatesPayment Terms ChangesPrice Change RequestsPrice Change Integrity AuditsAd Hoc ReportingOther General Purchasing Tasks to Support the Buying CommunityThe adecuado candidate will strive to drive improvement to the purchasing organization's processes and strategies.
