This is a strategic, high‐visibility role focused on establishing clear governance, strengthening category structures, and driving cost and performance improvements across our global supply chain.
The main focus of the role is on driving integral structure, governance, and performance across key logistics categories.You will work cross‐functionally across Business Lines and key stakeholders, including Supply Chain execution teams such as Logistics, Procurement, and SIOP, ensuring alignment, standardization, and execution of global category strategies.
You will continuously challenge the status quo, drive optimization, and ultimately improve the customer experience.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the global category strategy for Warehousing and PackagingEstablish and implement clear governance frameworks and category structures across regionsDrive global sourcing initiatives, including tenders, supplier selection, and contract negotiationsBuild and manage a global supplier portfolio, including preferred supplier modelsLead cost optimization initiatives through benchmarking, standardization, and contract managementDrive packaging optimization initiatives with a focus on cost efficiency, standardization, decarbonization, and material optimizationDevelop and enforce global standards, policies, and ways of working within the categoriesEnable performance management and transparency through KPIs and structured reportingAct as the global point of coordination across regions,
