The business expert & continuous improvement manager will be responsible for supporting strategic planning efforts, leveraging business intelligence, and influencing the course of an ambitious operational, organizational, and technological transformation mission through your business acumen, analytical expertise, and leadership.

Roles & responsibilities
Deploy the strategic planning process to set objectives, establish priorities, and develop action plans:
- Lead, coordinate, and plan activities related to integral strategic planning and governance management.
- Conduct analyses to provide the insights needed to fuel the strategic planning process.
- Lead strategic discussions and, when necessary, elevate the conversation to enable informed discussions
and decisions.
- Establish an activity calendar, governance framework, and roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
- Define and implement governance and KPIs to achieve operational objectives and ensure the execution of the strategic plan:
- Establish and deploy governance frameworks.
- Lead the definition, structure, and reporting tools for KPIs, leveraging expertise from BI specialists.
- Develop and implement tracking tools to ensure the execution of actions and activities.




- Lead presentation efforts
- Build strategic documentation and insights to translate into impactful presentations for the VPGM, GMO
Management Committee, KPIs, or Directors.
- Oversee the design, review, and distribution of presentation materials.
- Prepare and finalize strategic presentations under the direction of the General site Manager.
- Manage strategic mandates and critical processes:
- Undertake strategic mandates and ad hoc projects.
- Manage or actively contribute to strategic initiatives addressing fundamental challenges and opportunities.
- Participate in financial planning processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Support the site efforts to align KPI's at all levels
- Lead and implement initiatives to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure the correct implementation of the BRPMS tools
- Promote a lean manufacturing and continuous improvement culture
Education and experience
**Bachelor**: Engineering
5-7 years of experience in production enviroment
