Position Details
Position title: SAP Mexico Intern – Learning Compliance Officer
Schedule: 30 hours/week
Contract Duration: 18 months
Expected start date: August ****
What you'll do
Learn about the Compliance Management System within a Global Company.
Support record management efforts regarding training statistics.
Assist in the design and establishment of new and updated courses that translate into learning how courses are developed and managed.
Coordinate monthly metrics and prepare management dashboard reports.
Assist with projects, research and managing data.
Opportunity to influence new courses.
Development of knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Analytics Bridge.
Use own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team.

Must be a current university student.
Fluent in English; an additional language preferred but not essential.

Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
Meet your team
The Office of Ethics and Compliance is responsible for developing and operating SAP's Compliance Management System, including support for the SAP Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related policies and procedures.
We focus on managing risks related to the FCPA, UK Bribery Act and other applicable bribery and corruption laws and fraud, among other matters.
