- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of ****** Production Operators.
- Ensure compliance of safety standards and promote a strong safety culture in the shop floor.
- 3 Years Previous experience metal mechanic industry
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure on time delivery according production plan.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators such: Efficiency, productivity, scrap, OEE, Downtime and labor utilization.




- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Lead work force planning, shift organization and resource allocation.
- Coach, mentor and develop team leaders and operators to elevate engagement and performance.
- Manage employee performance, discipline, attendance and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and HR to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure accurate production report and proper usage of system D365
- Drives continous improvement initiatives as: lean manufacturing, 5'S, Kaizen)
