The payroll intern position offers students the opportunity to unlock their potential and become future leaders.
**Your position**:
As a Payroll Intern, you will report directly to the department team leader.
You will provide support in various payroll and personnel administration processes, developing practical skills in a professional environment.
**Your tasks**:
- Support in pre-payroll and payroll processes
- Support in weekly and monthly reports to different agencies in Canada
- Support in the process of paying union dues in Canada
- Support in staff onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participation in meetings and calls with the Payroll North America team
- Support in the integration of the payroll system
**Requirements**:
- Active student pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology, administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Must have valid health insurance.
- Availability to work from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in person.




- Proficiency in basic Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Desirable: Advanced written and spoken English, basic knowledge of administration.
