We are looking for a highly motivated **Inside Sales Representative** to join our growing team.
This role is idóneo for someone experienced in B2B sales, IT sales, or selling memberships/services to business owners and CEOs.
Your primary responsibility will be generating opportunities and booking meetings with CEOs and decision-makers in the IT industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make 80+ outbound calls per day
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with CEOs and executives
- Maintain and update CRM systems
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Collaborate with leadership and sales team to drive growth
**Requirements**:
- Previous sales experience required
- IT sales experience preferred
- Experience selling business memberships or B2B services is a plus
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Experience using CRM systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook Suite




- Advanced English communication skills are REQUIRED
- Professional, confident, and goal-oriented attitude
- Must be located in Guadalajara or surrounding areas
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary**:$20,000 MXN per month**:
