**The Opportunity**
- The **Account Executive** plays a pivotal role in connecting the Creative and Brand teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
This position demands exceptional project management, organization, and data understanding skills.
- As the face of the in-house Content Development team for the North America sector, the Account Executive drives the creative adaptation of multiple communication assets in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Success in this role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative, and client-focused mindset.

**- Your Impact**
- As **Account Executive** your responsibilities would consist of:




- Manage the end-to-end process of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Lead the end-to-end workflow by coordinating with all teams involved to ensure smooth project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels (from interns to senior leadership) to support the development of creative campaigns.
- Assist in the development of reports and project documentation.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?

- **Bachelor's degree** in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, with at least **2+ years of experience in an agency or CPG environment.

- Bilingual proficiency in **English**and Spanish.
- **Strong analytical and executional mindset**, with the ability to translate data and consumer insights into actionable plans.
- Solid working **knowledge**of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and **project management tools**.
