**Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition (Mexico - Remote)**
Collins Aerospace is seeking a **Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition** to join our growing team in Mexico.
In this role, you will support **high-volume hiring initiatives across the Americas**, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors to deliver top talent in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

**What You Will Do**
- Partner with Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors across the Americas to fill critical roles quickly and effectively
- Review job descriptions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external standards
- Utilize sourcing, recruiting, and networking tools to identify and attract qualified talent when applicant flow is limited
- Maintain real-time and accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable local, state/provincial, and federal/national employment laws and regulations
- Leverage recruiting tools and labor market insights to provide competitive intelligence and hiring trends




- Generate and analyze recruiting reports and data relevant to assigned areas of responsibility
- Support Talent Acquisition reporting leveraging Excel and Powerpoint
**Qualifications You Must Have**
- Typically Requires a University degree and minimum **2 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience**:
- **Advanced English communication skills** (written and verbal)
