As a Travel Sales Executive at _arrivia_, you'll play a key role in making our members' dream vacations a reality.

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle outbound calls daily with professionalism and urgency.
- Guide members in selecting travel products that best match their needs.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality across all booking and member transactions.
- Collaborate with your team to consistently reach and exceed sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience with a strong record of achieving results.
- Comfortable managing a high call volume and working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Results-oriented,



motivated by commissions and performance-based incentives.
- Availability to work on-site in our Colonia del Valle Sur, CDMX office.
**What We Offer**:
- Base salary: MXN $15,000/month + commissions (average total earnings $70,000 MXN or higher)
