- Ensures finished projects meet the expectations set by the Production Artist Manager.
- Understands our brands & licensed partners and adhere to their brand identities.
- Works with licensing & other Ecommerce teams to ensure products meet brand compliance.
- Helps manage project workflows and ensures Production Artist have necessary details to perform their duties.
- Efficiently uses Photoshop, Illustrator, & other Adobe design software to complete tasks.
- Works collaboratively with team members to expand & tailor artwork across our POD product inventory, including but not limited to apparel, headwear, accessories, & drinkware.
- Able to balance priorities & workloads to meet tight deadlines.
- Understands our brands & licensed partners and adhere to their brand identities.
- Utilizes their knowledges of product & industry trends to elevate brand designs.




- Leads projects & provides constructive feedback for the team.
- Helps with training & provides mentorship within the team.
- Assists with art direction by gathering inspiration & creating trend boardsExperiência y requisitos- High level understanding of DTG & other POD Print Processes
