As we scale from ~40 to +120 team members in ****, we seek a People & Culture leader to architect systems that sustain performance, belonging, well-being, and career growth.
**Mission of the role**
Design and implement People, Culture, Leadership, and Talent systems that enable Bloom Digitals to scale rapidly while protecting our culture, elevating performance standards, and improving the employee experience end-to-end.
This is a **strategic role**, not administrative.

**Key Requirements**
- **Minimum B2 English proficiency**:
- **5+ years** in People, Culture, HR,



or Talent leadership roles.
- **3+ years** leading performance management, leadership development, and engagement programs.
- **3+ years** designing People & Culture systems from scratch.
- Proven experience scaling companies from 30 to 100+ employees.
**Work conditions**
- Work schedule: 09:*******:00 Central Mexico Time
