**Position Overview**
HRPV is seeking a **Safety & Maintenance Compliance Assistant** to support the safety, well-being, and operational efficiency of our facilities in Guadalajara.
This role combines workplace safety supervision with maintenance support, equipment inspections, and compliance with STPS regulations.

**What You'll Do**
- Ensure compliance with STPS regulations, especially those related to maintenance and workplace safety.
- Supervise proper use of PPE and perform regular safety inspections of equipment, fire protection systems, and machinery.
- Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify risks and collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve them.
- Participate in safety drills, risk assessments, and preventive programs.




- Support preventive maintenance activities to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate safety, inspection, and maintenance records.
- Provide basic first aid and administer prescribed NSAIDs when necessary.
**What We're Looking For**
- Technical degree in Safety & Health, Industrial Safety, Maintenance, or related fields.
- Knowledge of STPS regulations, safety procedures, and maintenance practices.
- Previous experience in preventive maintenance, safety inspections, or equipment management.
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
