- Fluent English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of **customs procedures**, permits, regulations, shipment documentation, preparation of invoices, certificates, letters, and file management.
- Familiarity with **document review processes**, cargo release, response times, and coordination with operational areas.
- Ability to **monitor flight status, cargo movement, deliveries, and pending documentation**.




- Experience using **platforms, portals, and systems related to air traffic and logistics**.
- Excellent communication skills with **clients, airlines, customs brokers, and internal teams**.
- Availability to **work rotating shifts and days off**.
- Strong **customer service orientation**, organization skills, and ability to work under pressure.
