Uline is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee high-volume Credit and Cash Application teams at our Monterrey location.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily Credit and Cash Application operations, providing guidance and ensuring quality execution of finance activities for 20+ professionals.
- Collaborate with the Cash Applications and Credit functions to design policies for optimal customer service and efficiency.
- Develop credit procedures to maximize cash flow and reduce financial risk.
- Coordinate and perform internal audits within the department to assess process improvements,



individual performance and coaching opportunities.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
CPA **preferred.
**
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Finance or Accounting in a high-volume environment.
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
**
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
- Strong analytical skills.
