**Medical Retention Specialist - Confie Tijuana**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Build and maintain strong relationships with clients** to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- **Identify and address customer concerns**promptly to prevent cancellations and improve retention rates.
- **Serve as the primary liaison** between clients and Sunshine Life & Health, ensuring clear communication and support.
- **Develop strategies to enhance customer experience** and promote continued engagement with our medical services.
**Requirements**:
- **Provide a well-structured and professional resume in English**, highlighting relevant experience, skills, and achievements.
- Proven experience in customer service, **highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting,**
- **Strong English skills (B2 level or higher),**
- **Basic computer knowledge, and**
- **Full-time availability.

You must be available to work any day of the week (you'll have scheduled days off, of course).
