EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Requirements for an English Teacher: -Bachelor's Degree (in Education, English, or a related field) -Teacher Certification or Pedagogical Training -English language certification (e.g., Cambridge, TOEFL, IELTS)
REQUIRED ENGLISH LEVEL: C1 or C2 (Advanced to Proficient level)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: -Minimum 2 years of experience teaching and managing teenager groups (junior high and/or high school)
KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:




- Strong literature knowledge -Excellent command of spoken and written English -Genuine interest in working with teenagers -Responsibility and empathy -Strong classroom management and communication skills -Ability to work well in a team -Positive attitude -Highly organized
