What you'll do?
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Talent Attraction strategy for Latin America, ensuring alignment with global TA priorities while adapting to regional market needs.
- Conduct ongoing talent and market analysis, consolidating insights to influence decision-making and strengthen data-driven practices.
- Implement segmented nurturing strategies for priority talent groups within the regional talent pool.
- Develop and provide content, playbooks, and toolkits that empower TA teams and promote consistency in execution.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campaigns, and events that strengthen Capgemini's presence in the region.
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across TA, HR, and MarCom, driving alignment on shared objectives.
- Promote best-practice sharing and regional adoption of general TA methodologies and tools.
What you'll bring:

- Proven project management skills in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
