**Responsibilities**
Design and implement scalable software solutions using.Net Framework and.Net Core to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals.
Develop high-quality code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring mínimal disruption to project timelines.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the security and compliance of software solutions with industry standards and regulations.
Document technical designs and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
Contribute to the overall success of projects by delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
**Qualifications**




Demonstrate knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is highly desirable.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model and manage time efficiently.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
