Become a key member of our Threat Detection & Response (TDR) team as a **Senior Quality Compliance Assurance Auditor**, responsible for performing detailed manual audits to uphold rigorous standards and align with our Quality Framework.
You will identify improvement opportunities and ensure the thoroughness and adherence to security operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough manual audits of TDR workflows focusing on precision, compliance, completeness, responsiveness, and legal adherence
- Assess resolution accuracy, final issue classification, hyperlink validity, escalation and incident reporting correctness, and timeline entries
- Perform audits within multiple quality programs emphasizing reporting accuracy and compliance
- Detect and record any inconsistencies, errors, or improvement needs
- Contribute insights to the weekly QA findings report
- Assist in enhancing the team's manual audit capabilities to align with the overarching QA framework
- Collaborate closely with TDR teams to share feedback and drive corrective measures based on audit outcomes
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience or background in quality assurance or security operations
- Strong analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience with manual auditing procedures
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with security operations centers and threat detection methodologies
- Good understanding of quality assurance frameworks
- English proficiency at B2 level or above

- Knowledge of quality assurance metrics and key performance indicators
- Experience in conducting operational audits
