This field-based role focuses on Distribution and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) channels, helping customers reduce downtime and improve performance through tailored belt and drive solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong Distributor and MRO relationships
- Conduct on-site visits and recommend tailored solutions
- Deliver product demos and troubleshoot belt systems
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on quotes
- Plan travel efficiently to maximize account coverage
- Identify growth opportunities and convert competitor accounts
- Book travel and submit expense reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
- Contribute to strategy and annual sales forecasting
**Must-Have Qualifications**
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Self-motivated with strong home-office discipline
- In the field sales visits - 3 to 4 days a week
- Overnight Travel (50%)
- CRM proficiency (desktop & mobile)




- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a consultative approach
- Reliable vehicle for business travel
**Preferred Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5+ years of outside sales in Distribution or MRO
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Familiarity with industrial maintenance cycles and terminology
- Bilingual English / Spanish
**Work Environment**
- Remote/home office with regular field travel
- Industrial settings: warehouses, offices, and manufacturing floors
- Physical activity: walking, standing, sitting, on-site evaluations
