**Recruitment and Selection Specialist**
**Your future role**:
- Recruitment, Selection and Hiring Processes of Direct, Indirect and Administrative Personnel.
- Coordination of processes and systems management (goal setting, performance review, development/career plans)
- Application and interpretation of psychometric tests
- Management of competency-model interviews
- Liaison with educational institutions of higher and middle school, to attract talent
- Job profiles management
- Liaison with educational institutions of higher and middle school, to attract talent
- Administration and control of expenses applicable to the position.




- Control of documents in quality management system.
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related.
- 4 years of experience in Human Resources area in automotive industry.
- Experience in Recruitment and Selection processes
- Experience in FORTIA, MyTalent, SF, PsycoWeb systems (desirable).
- Knowledge and participation in continuous improvement projects
- ISO *****, IATF***** standards (desirable) - English Language Fluent
- Proactive.
- Sense of urgency.
