**What You'll Do**
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.




- Generate recruitment reports and analytics.
- Conduct interviews for a variety of roles (both representative and corporate).
- Coordinate client interviews and gather feedback as needed.
**Core Skills & Qualifications**
- Advanced English level (C1).
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
