**What you will do**:
- ** Support the development, management, and assessment of suppliers to ensure their capabilities align with company standards.

- Analyze the supplier database to evaluate quality, reliability, and price competitiveness of suppliers.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of department metrics and scorecards for supplier performance evaluation.
- Manage or support the management of commodity life cycles to optimize procurement processes.
- Support negotiation and award of contracts within specified spending limits, ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supplier capabilities with organizational needs.
- Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to assess supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.




- Maintain clear communication with suppliers to foster strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Implement and monitor supplier scorecards to track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
**What we are looking for**:
- University degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in procurement processes and supplier management strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
