Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world
As a Personal Safety Division Marketing Activation LATAM - Specialized Channel you will play a key role for lead and execute marketing activation plan in the division of Personal Safety.
In this role you will be able to work with sales leaders in each region/country to ensure proper marketing activation with specialized channel for SCBA, Comms, Welding and P&SA; portfolios.
The impact you will make in this role- You will lead & execute marketing activation plan for specialized channels within key countries in LATAM.
- You will work with Area Portfolio Leaders and Sales Leaders to accelerate portfolio penetration (SCBA, Comms, Welding and P&SA;) in specialized channels.
- You will administrate divisional AdMerch budget to implement marketing programs.
- You will administrate MDF budget to implement marketing programs.
Your Skills and Expertise- Careers: Marketing, Engineering, Administration or similar concluded.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing.
- Language: English advance, Spanish / Portuguese as native.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Work location:
- Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M corporate office.
- Travel: May include up to 20%- Relocation: Not authorized.
