**Power BI Developer for Exciting Projects**Hybrid in Guadalajara**
We are looking for a skilled **Power BI Developer** with at least **6 years of experience** to join a dynamic team within.
This role involves designing, building, and configuring dashboards and data models to meet complex business needs, with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and data needs.
- Analyze datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within BI systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
**Technical Skills Required**:
- Strong proficiency in **data analytics**.
- Advanced knowledge of **SQL** and **data modeling techniques**.




- Proven expertise in creating **Power BI dashboards**.
- Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of **6 years of IT experience** (overall career).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- **Advanced English (C1 - C2).

**Location & Schedule**:
- Hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite at** Piso 2 WTC, Guadalajara**.
