This position is responsible for the final evaluation of elements, ensuring they meet all quality, safety, and performance requirements before release.
With an analytic and meticulous mindset, the role safeguards the integrity of the overall building system by securing compliance, adaptability, and reliability.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Lead the final evaluation and qualification of elements to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Safeguard the building system by ensuring compatibility, durability, and consistency of validated elements.
- Balance innovation, industrialization, and system stability while overseeing final evaluations.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and approval teams to ensure requirements are met and documented.
**Do you have what it takes?
**
- Strong relevant experience, including project implementation, large data handling (SAP) and data visualization
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality or equivalent work experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Strong knowledge in quality tools to solve problems, such as: Ishikawa, Pareto, FMEA, etc.
Highly proactive, with strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Analytical, structured, and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to assess both technical details and system-level impact
- Good communication skills both in Spanish and English,



verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas
