Job Description:
Reporting to the Sr.
Sourcing Manager, this position plays a key role in executing our strategies with responsibility for sourcing direct parts in assigned modular categories, utilizing the global leverage of Terex ensuring that Terex globally and regionally achieves best value in cost, quality, delivery, reliability, service, and support.
This position is responsible of supervise a Sourcing Modular Team and drive category strategy results.
The primarily function to assist six TM's by reviewing sourcing projects through GENIE tools, auditing the correct use of sourcing procedures, identifying saving opportunities, support and reporting on Product Transfer and NPD projects, support to define and implementation the category strategy and supplier performance score cards management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervise your team of direct and indirect leaders to be able manage the day-to-day operations of supply chain management, while driving the team towards the Genie strategy.
- Responsibility for supervise, development and implementation of category strategies for Modular Components.
- Development of policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring safety, quality, and delivery continuity.
- Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide a resilient and cost-effective supply chain.
- Supervise, development and implementation of material indexing mechanisms where necessary to maintain cost control.
- Supervise on time TM's implementations of engineering changes, transfer products and new products launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions.
- Train your team with processes, tools, and systems.




Use continuous improvement to improve the tools, engage your team to create buy-in and collect feedback.
- Supervise Sourcing procedures and tools are use and up today.
- Maintenance of conduct consistent with company policy, operating procedures, accepted practices and applicable laws.
- Supervise supplier contract management and drive supplier scorecards & improvement plans.
- Supervise Modular Spend driving cost out opportunities to the Genie Sourcing Organization.
About You:
- University degree with focus on procurement, supply chain, engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10 year's work experience in Global manufacturing industry while dealing with Global supply base and leading team members.
- Strong procurement and strategic sourcing background with focus on direct materials.
- Understanding of Make or Buy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent project management skills and used to work in integral, cross-functional teams.
- Proven supplier management and negotiation skills; able to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all involved parties.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and excellent analytical skills plus high proficiency in MS Office products.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); In addition,



Spanish would be ideal.
Travel:
Must be willing and able to travel (travel is estimated at 25%).
