This Position reports to:

**Your Role: Own the Challenge**
In this role, you will support fixed asset (leasing) activities in alignment with established strategies, policies, and procedures.
You will be responsible for managing and analyzing record-to-report data, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.
This role is contributing to the Finance Function in San Luis Potosi for LATAM.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuation analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR)



requirements for the General Accounting team, including participation in internal control testing and preparation of supporting documentation.
- Assist with data collection, data entry, and basic financial analysis to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in general accounting with a focus on fixed assets.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Advanced English communication skills is a must.
- Experience in leasing is a plus.
- Basic Portuguese communication skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
