The Gas Delivery Segment is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager to drive cross-functional collaboration and on-time delivery of our NPD product development projects.
This role plays a pivotal part in aligning internal teams with the expectations of our End User customers, ensuring project outcomes meet performance and schedule goals.
This role will mainly support Blue-chip projects, but may support Black, Green-chip if needed.
You will coordinate across Sales, Field Services, Engineering, Operations the CFT, and other functions as needed to maintain accountability to project delivery timelines and escalate issues to functional leaders when needed.
You will also be expected to own the delivery schedule, not just track it driving the team to hit critical milestones.
Success in this role requires someone who works collaboratively, takes initiative to spot and solve problems early, and looks for ways to improve the front-end flow process, so that projects run smoothly, and customer satisfaction is ensured.
**Functional Contribution**:
- Focuses on improving products or processes that impact one or more technical areas or across multipl locations/facilities




- Identifies opportunities for new products or processes
- Actions impact cross-functional teams, department, or plants
- Interacts with internal customers and existing and potential external customers/suppliers
- Defines scope, objectives, vision and activities of assigned projects based on user needs, and leads project activities
- Determines scope, budget, and implementation timeframes of assigned projects
- Controls expenses for project and responsible for meeting budget goals and objectives
**Education, Experience and Certification Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in related field with specialization in Project Management - Certification in PM or Agile methodologies would be a plus.
English in advanced level (able to communicate effectively with global teams)
Microsoft office and PM tools (Asana, Jira, or similar)
Experience in fast-paced companies in industrial sectors such as automotive, aerospace, and technology is highly preferred.
