Overview
Responsible for the administration of BRP's quality management system (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of the ISO ****:**** standard to ensure that certification requirements are achieved and maintained at all levels of the organization.
Experience and Education
Completed bachelor's degree (engineering, management, or related) required.
2-4 years of experience in activities related to quality systems management.
Experience in preparing and conducting internal and external audits.
Experience in developing and coordinating internal audit teams.
Experience in developing and implementing quality systems-related training.
Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
Ability and knowledge to work with quality systems.
ISO ****:**** internal auditor certification with experience in coordinating and supporting external audits.
ISO ****:**** lead auditor certification is a plus.
Knowledge of ISO ****:**** standard requirements and compliance, and knowledge of IATF is a plus.
Ability to lead QMS projects, providing status reports and progress tracking with management teams.
Ability to work effectively and proactively with different roles and responsibilities at all levels of the organization.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
80% bilingual.
Ability to use Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint).
Frustration management skills.
Knowledge of Core Tools is recommended.
Main
**Responsibilities**:
Support and participate in strategic organizational decisions to design, implement, and maintain an efficient quality management system in compliance with ISO standards.
Assist in the creation of process mappings.
Support all levels of the organization in the development process to achieve and maintain ISO Certification, complying with the process-based quality management system model.
Assist and support the strategy for systematic document development.
Ensure and support the implementation and certification plan to ensure compliance with BRP objectives.
Report system progress to senior management regarding the performance of the quality management system.
Coordinate and participate in the internal and external audit program.
Direct internal audits and work with the audit team in the follow-up and timely development of internal audits in accordance with the annual plan.
Ensure the timely delivery of internal audit closure reports.
Control the implementation of corrective actions required to eliminate detected nonconformities.
Follow-up and timely closure of nonconformities resulting from internal and external audits.
Participate in compliance with the Quality Management System determined for their role in relation to the ISO ****:**** standard.
Comply with safety regulations according to their role.
Complete Quality and Training-related training on time.
Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions
