**Your Contribution**:
As a **Scrum Master**, you'll be the driving force behind Agile excellence, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery across development teams.
You will:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Guide the team in breaking down stories into actionable tasks, substories, and spikes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into team deliverables.
- Identify and remove impediments to keep the team focused and productive.
- Monitor team capacity and help balance resources to meet project goals.
- Escalate risks and issues proactively to ensure timely resolution.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
**Your Profile**
- We're looking for someone who brings both experience and energy to the table:
- 3-6 years of experience in an engineering or software development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM) preferred.




- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA or similar.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic project management knowledge is a plus.
