**Responsibilities**:
- **THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION (3 MONTHS)**_
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruit for clinical and non-clinical open roles
- Post job descriptions and role openings to various websites, as directed
- Schedule and conduct phone screenings in English and / or Spanish
- Schedule follow-up interviews with ¡Vamos!
Health team members, as directed
- Conduct daily pulse calls with HR to report on recruiting progress and status of ATS
- Identify and troubleshoot talent pipeline challenges
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Spanish and English required
- EPIC personality (empathy, patience, integrity and compassion)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years prior HR experience, preferably across different areas
- CEFR English B2 or higher




- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Prior experience with HRIS and related systems is a big plus
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Ability to deliver effective results
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Excellent service and teamwork skills
- Timely communication and response times according to department standards
