Ensure minimal disruption to customer deliveries.Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures and be proactive in fostering a safe work environment.Support and participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize equipment and processes.Support the recruitment, training, and development of your team, and drive its growth in both size and quality to meet current and future needs.
Design methods to maintain or increase production levels while improving production costs, yields, quality,
