Your ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities and create seamless experiences will enable senior leaders to focus on driving innovation, growth and the future of commerce.What you'll ownDrive leadership effectiveness by managing priorities, schedules and commitments that maximize the impact of senior leaders' time and focus.Create seamless communication and information flow, ensuring leaders have the insights and materials they need to make informed business decisions.Build trusted relationships across the organization, strengthening collaboration between senior leaders, colleagues and external partners.Lead the planning and execution of meetings, events and business engagements that create productive outcomes and meaningful connections.Influence operational efficiency by identifying priorities, resolving challenges and keeping critical initiatives moving forward.Own complex travel, expense and logistics management, ensuring a smooth experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and budget expectations.Protect confidentiality and business integrity by managing sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgment.Create consistency and continuity by maintaining organized processes, resources and documentation that enable teams to operate effectively and meet key commitments.What you bringHigh school diploma or equivalent and significant experience providing administrative support in a professional business environment.Proven ability to manage competing priorities,
adapt to changing demands and deliver exceptional attention to detail.Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage effectively with colleagues and leaders at every level of the organization.Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information and confidential business matters.Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently and create solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including creating presentations, spreadsheets and business communications.It's a bonus if you haveExperience providing administrative support to senior leaders within a large or global organization.Associate's degree in Business or a related field.International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) certification or a commitment to ongoing professional development.Important100% on site: Monday to Friday in Santa Fe, CDMXLaw and above benefitsAdvanced English requiredAbout the teamYou'll join a connected and collaborative environment where relationships matter and every interaction creates value.
