You will be responsible for the full order-to-delivery pipeline, customer operations, and team coordination.ResponsibilitiesManage daily Shopify store operations end-to-endOversee the full order lifecycle: order intake → production → fulfillment → deliveryCoordinate with suppliers, production teams, and fulfillment partnersManage customer operations, including issue resolution and communicationLead and manage a small remote/offshore teamImplement and optimize operational processes and workflowsEnsure order accuracy, delivery timelines,
