conduct and business practices.Work in the execution of controls via the PRCT matrix, identifying risks and detecting deviations in processes for different portfolios, central credit files, centralizer, mortgage, credit cards / retail.Ensure analysts from various portfolios have performed the process in accordance with policies and procedures, determining whether the analyst adhered to the corresponding process and policies.Analyze for the design of controls, extraction of databases, quality analysis of the attention process via digital tools and department mailboxes vs mandatory documentation and execution in banking systems (ADMWIN), and report incidents or opportunity areas detected.Validate that the processes of executives from different areas have been conducted in accordance with policies and guidelines.QualificationsWork under pressure.Decision making.Problem solving.Negotiation.Client needs or organizational issues while remaining focused and tolerant of frustration.1year experience.Education: High School diploma or equivalent.Experience in control lines PRCT/ARCAM (Desirable).
Experience in risk analysis and detection.Knowledge of ADMWIN and Eclipse systems (Desirable).
