As we Create with Collaboration, Serve with Integrity, Grow with Excellence, and Advance with Innovation.Role OverviewAs our Spare Parts Analyst (SPA) you are responsible for managing quotations and orders for spare parts, including requests, returns, delivery timelines, and order status.You will work closely with customer service and technical support teams, serving as a key point of contact to ensure that spare parts needs are met throughout the customer journey.In addition, the SPA maintains constant communication with the internal supply chain regarding deadlines, delays, and potential risks to service levels.ResponsibilitiesOrganize spare parts kits for planned maintenance activities, collaborating with field service planning and procurement teams to ensure availability and demand forecasting accuracyReceive and process spare parts requests, being quotations, orders, return requests, delivery and price inquiries, from customers or internal organizationFollow all parts requests through to their completionPrepare and follow up on spare parts quotationsCommunicate with supply chain on availability,
