What You'll Do
Serve as the primary HR liaison between employees, managers, Intugo HR, and our Corporate HR team in El Paso.
Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting, onboarding, new employee orientation, system access, and workforce planning.
Maintain employee records in Workday, perform audits, analyze workforce trends, and deliver meaningful HR metrics that support business decisions.
Coordinate employee recognition programs, engagement initiatives, contract renewals, performance evaluations, and employee communications.
Facilitate onboarding, professional development, leadership training, and customized learning programs that support employee growth.
Assist managers with performance management, policy interpretation, corrective actions, workplace investigations, and employee concerns.
What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Human Resources: HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, HRIS, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, or related HR functions.




Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, data management, reporting, and workforce analytics (Workday experience preferred).
Bilingual Communication Skills: Spanish and English preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting HR metrics, trends, and workforce data.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
