ResponsibilitiesDirects the activities of the quality control team, ensuring the team members work accurately and effectively to deliver quality parts to customers.Responsible for the quality of outgoing parts.Plans, coordinates, and directs the Quality Control program and related activities designed to ensure continuous production.Responsible for developing, maintaining, and adhering to quality systems, processes, policies, and procedures, for all quality assurance and training activities that promote compliance.Develops and implements Internal and external audit processes which ensure that all procedures are current and accurate.Responsible for leading, developing, coordinating, and administering training Programs which include on-boarding and ongoing training of personnel.Responsible for the evaluation of non compliant parts, including the determination of root causes, presenting solutions and relaying the information to our customers in a timely and accurate manner.Position is hands on,



90% on the floor, 10% in the office.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsDemonstratedexperience with Nadcap AQS for CP and NDT & AS**** (A MUST).
Bachelor's degree at a minimum.10+ years of hands-on experience in a Quality Management role.Abilityto work in fast paced production environment and respond quickly and effectively under pressure to deadlines.Analytical,critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate situations, find root of issues andpropose solutions to those issues.Experienceimplementing quality systems.Excellentmanagement, facilitation and team building skills.Professional level communication skills, in both English and Spanish, Spoken andwritten, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of thecompany.
