1. Update the customer portal (ISC Portal): purchase orders, container numbers, shipping plant, and cargo and shipment status2.
Create sales orders (SO) and delivery notes (DN) in the ERP system3.
Validate customer requirements and purchase orders, and propose adjustments to the sales plan4.
Compare the plant's production plan against customer demand and follow up on any gaps5.
Participate in the daily logistics meeting and follow up on agreements6.
Coordinate with plant departments to resolve deviations reported by the customer7.
Update the daily delivery tracker and prepare the weekly Variance Report1.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field2.
3 to 5 years of experience in planning, customer service, or supply chain management in manufacturing3.




Advanced English (C1) required—used daily, both verbally and in writing, with clients and management4.
Advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP5.
Experience using an ERP system (creating work orders / delivery notes)6.
Availability for staggered work hours to accommodate meetings with teams in the Asian time zone7.
