classification and HS Codes.Understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures is preferred.Skills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and compliance.Positive attitude and customer-service orientation.Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.Proficient analytical and decision-making skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor daily activities within the assigned area.Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.Review and analyze data related to trade compliance, logistics, or operational processes.Prepare, maintain, and verify documentation required for import/export operations.Support the management of certificates of origin and related documentation.Identify and apply applicable trade programs, preferential treatments, or regulatory benefits in accordance with established procedures.Assist in maintaining compliance with customs regulations, internal policies, and company procedures.Generate reports and provide recommendations based on operational and compliance data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and compliant trade operations.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
