Job Title: Senior Manager, Learning & Development and Talent ManagementLocation: MexicoCompany: Kraft HeinzAbout The RoleThe Senior Manager, Learning & Development and Talent Management plays a critical role in strengthening organizational capability and building the talent needed to deliver business priorities.
This role is primarily focused on talent management, leading key processes and strategies related to succession planning, talent reviews, leadership pipeline, performance enablement, and development planning, while ensuring learning initiatives are aligned to business needs.
This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to identify talent priorities, strengthen bench strength, accelerate development of key talent, and build scalable approaches that enable long-term business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the talent management agenda across the assigned business scope, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and future capability needsDrive core talent processes including talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, and leadership pipeline discussionsPartner with business leaders and HR to identify critical roles, key talent, succession risks, and capability gapsTranslate talent insights into focused actions that improve readiness, internal mobility, retention, and long-term organizational strengthSupport performance processes by enabling quality talent discussions, calibration, and clear follow-up actionsBuild and implement strategies that strengthen leadership capability and develop future-ready talent pipelinesDesign and deliver targeted learning and development initiatives that support business priorities and talent outcomesUse talent data, organizational insights, and business context to identify trends, risks, and opportunities,
and provide clear recommendationsDrive accountability with leaders for talent development and succession health across their teamsPartner cross-functionally to ensure consistency, governance, and continuous improvement across talent and development practicesSupport change management and communication related to talent, performance, and development initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related fieldStrong experience in talent management, organizational development, leadership development, or HR business partnershipProven experience leading talent review and succession planning processesStrong ability to connect business strategy with talent priorities and organizational capability actionsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across senior leadersExperience using talent data and insights to shape recommendations and actionsStrong project management and execution skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbalPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a complex, general, or regional organizationExperience supporting shared services, corporate, or multifunctional populationsExperience with performance management, talent planning, and leadership development cyclesAbility to balance strategy and execution in a dynamic environmentCore Success MeasuresStrength and readiness of succession pipelines for critical rolesQuality and impact of talent review outcomesImproved internal mobility and development of key talentIncreased leadership accountability for building talentDelivery of focused development initiatives linked to business needsStronger organizational capability to support future growth
