Responsibilities
Execute month close end process (GL-JE) and ensure all related tasks are completed timely and comply with PepsiCo requirements.
Ensure the accounting process is compliant with all control requirements.
Generate information for filling out required management financial reports.
Prepare and review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Analyze balance sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts.
Execute financial report PepsiCo (Smartview / FDM – HFM).
Support the business unit with various financial analyses to assist controlling and decision making.
Participate in Periodic, Quarterly, Annual and Quarterly reports required by the organization.
Generate clear communication with OU, intercompany counterparts and other users throughout the region and in the SSC.
Strong networking with all Country Latam Teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
University Degree in Finance or Accounting - required.
Experience (desirable) in accounting US GAAP, control environment and SOX compliance.
Experience – 1 to 2 years in financial statement preparation and reporting in a large company, multi-unit environment.
Advanced Excel skills.




English Level 70%.
Communication skills required to interact with employees of all levels, including upper management internationally.
Advanced knowledge of principles and processes (Bank Statement/AP/FA/AR/GL/Intercompanies/Financial Reporting) and business standards for integrated financial analysis.
Knowledge desirable in ERP's: SAP, HFM, FDM.
