Ensuring that industrialization is effective in each new program, providing support and coordination of Industrial Engineering during the development of aircraft interior components, will also determine profitable and will be the focus of industrialization in each new program, to create products.Manage Cabin's industrialization deliverables for new programs as part of the integrated program team.Participate in and ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines.Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of the job.Develop and execute industrialization plans according to Cabin's standards and program objectives.Represent the Industrialization team at program and client meetings as needed.Create the production elements of the industrial dossier, primarily: Bill of Materials, Routers, and Standardized Work Instructions (including the time allocated to the operation).
Work with the Design and Manufacturing teams to develop production processes for each product type.Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure that the necessary production space and support are allocated according to the required schedule.

Provide feedback to the Design group for DEMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly).




Integrate the plan for the design, manufacturing, and implementation of new tools or prototypes from the tooling engineering teams into the new program.Develop a detailed phased schedule for the implementation of new lines.Develop cycle time and takt time standards and plans to achieve them.Keep industrialization metrics aligned with Cabin's standard KPIs and communicate performance regularly.Analyze and manage product and industrial process risks during the development stage.Advocate for and implement Lean principles.Lead and participate in Kaizen and 3P events to develop improvements and plans.Support departmental and personal goals/measurements.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in industrial, Aeronautical, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.ENGLISH LEVELIntermediate English.EXPERIENCEOver 6 years of experience.Experience with airworthiness regulations and LEAN tools, such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and 5S.COMPUTER SKILLSProficiency in Windows Operating System.Basic Microsoft Office Suite.AutoCAD.OTHER SKILLSAdvanced knowledge of extraction systems.Standardized work procedures.Strong problem-solving skills#J-*****-Ljbffr
