Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceLead and supervise warehouse operations related to the storage and handling of citrus peel used as raw material for the pectin manufacturing processManage finished goods inventories located both on-site and in external warehouses supporting the Tecomán PlantEnsure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control processesMaintain product traceability and compliance with inventory management standards and operational requirementsEnsure raw material availability to support production requirements and operational continuityCoordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities to support plant operations and customer requirementsOptimize warehouse utilization, material flow, storage conditions,



and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with company policies, quality standards, food safety requirements, and material handling proceduresMonitor warehouse performance indicators and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service levelsWhat Makes You The Right FitBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain functions within a manufacturing environmentProven leadership experience supervising warehouse personnel and driving operational performanceStrong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, material traceability, and warehouse management processesExperience managing raw materials and finished goods inventories in industrial operationsUnderstanding of warehouse safety, quality, and food safety requirementsExperience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; SAP experience is preferredAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsHow Would You Stand Out?
