and motor components.Facilitate multidisciplinary meetings to communicate project status and requirements.Drive implementation of cost improvements changes in mass productionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics preferred).
Other engineering disciplines may be considered based on experience.Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.Knowledge of CAD software.Basic understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Experience or exposure to engineering change management.Experience in product engineering is preferred.Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies is desirable.Preferred CompetenciesStrong project management and organizational skills.Effective communication and stakeholder management.Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.Ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.Continuous improvement mindset.Why Milwaukee Tool?
