including troubleshooting and issue resolution.Assist with account administration and asset management tasks.Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures.Support service operations and contribute to workflow standardization and optimization.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong interest in IT support, automation, and technology.Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software components.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.Strong problem‐solving skills and a proactive, customer‐focused attitude.We understand that no candidate is perfectly qualified for any job.
